The packet C program is the same level with Senior High School. Just like the Senior High School, this program also conducting a national examination annually. Al-Mizan with its center, named PKBM Bina Muda Mandiri has been organized national examination twice for packet C program.

At the 1^st year for 2^nd period on 2008, before owning operational license, there were 20 people following examination. While, at this year, there were 53 people following the examination.

The difference and increasing the participants of examination could be seen from its quantity in one side, and its ages in the other. Most of them mostly younger and have been working than the year before. The national examination conducted from November 10 – 13, 2009 at PGRI High School I Majalengka Regency.

According to Mr. Adang, the supervisor from the Sub Regency Officer of National Education of Jatiwangi sub Regency, who is also as an organizer committee said that, at this year, the participants of the national examination was decreased from 856 people at 2008 to 624 people at 2009. There were 504 people from National Education Department and 120 people from Religious Affair Department. All of the participants at this year were paying by themselves (independent). It is difference with the last year, in which the participants were divided into two groups. The first group was independent (supported by themselves), while the second group supported by government.

If it is compared, the independent group at this year was bigger then the year before. While for the procedure of implementation, it is the same with before. According to the organizer, most of the participants were coming from Cikijing Sub Regency (80 people), then from Al-Mizan, Jatiwangi Sub Regency (53 people). 

From the preparation, implementation, up to the distribution of certificate of this national examination, Mr. Agung said, he would always coordinate with the Regency Official of Majalengka Regency and the center of Bina Muda Mandiri Al-Mizan. He also expected that all of the participants would be passed 100%.

According to Iis and Ami (the young participants), they felt that this national examination was pleased journey. They got so many experiences, met with the participants from another center. Beside that, the subject matters, which were given during the process of study, were matched with subject matters of the examination. It made them able to handle the examination matter.

The senior participants of the examination, Mr. Sudarman, explained that through following this packet program made him easily adapt with the younger participants. While the kind and good superintendant made him enthusiastic in doing the examination. For him, the purpose of following the examination is to get the certificate, because he is a village officer. He hoped that all of the process would be done well and all of the participants would be passed 100%.
