In addition to the general goals of increasing education levels and transforming pesantren modern communities capable of facing the challenges of the contemporary world, this program has also aimed to achieve specific products over its period of operation. These specific products include:
Products/outputs a) 8 pesantren-partners for a project period of three years. b) 4.800 alumni of the project benefit from the implementation of the project. c) 12 COs, 8 staff and a number of resources persons, kiyais, local government officials, intellectuals and other stake holders becoming involved in this project. d) Installed distance learning facilities and technologies. e) Established curriculum, modules, database, and courses for distance learning. As of March 2008 the goals achieved by this program include: 1. 8 Pesantren partners currently working with ICIP on the program 2. There are currently 12 COs throughout the program 3. ODEL facilities are currently operating in all 8 Pesantren partners 4. The modules being offered by the program to date are: a. Paket B (Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physics, Economics, Geography, History, Biology, Islamic religious education, Physical Education) for Junior High School. b. Paket C (Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physics, Economics, Geography, History, Biology, Islamic religious education, Physical Education, Civic Education, Sociology, Chemistry) for Senior High School. c. Universal Humanism (Anti-Trafficking, Multiculturalism) |
